What type of equipment do you use?
We use a Canon 5-D 13 Megapixel as our primary camera

Should something happen to the primary we always bring a backup.

Do you shoot film or digital?
We shoot everything in digital. This format gives us more control

over the picture should we need to touch it up or enhance it in any way.

Do you include or sell the digital originals?
No.  We keep the digital originals so we can insure the reprint quality
you would expect from a professional photographer.  We monitor the
quality of reprints for dust spotting, color control, correct sizing,
cropping, etc. This insures a crisp clean image you will enjoy for a
lifetime.  We also have the ability to do retouching, cropping, and any
other special mounting or printing of the photographs.  Your digital
originals are cataloged and stored professionally in CD cases.

 When ordering reprints, we provide the
service of pick up and mailing of them for you.  We also verify the
reprints are the correct photos, type, sizes, and quality that you requested.

Can others take pictures at weddings?
At the photographer’s discretion, friends and relatives may take
snapshots after the professional image is made.

Can you do Black & White with some of the image colored?
Yes.  We can color a specific portion of a black & white image such as
flowers, etc. We call these types of photos "Splash Prints"

May I purchase the proofs and proof book?
The proof book and proofs are included in the Wedding Packages and
may be purchased separately for portraits.

Do you sell photo albums?
Yes.  We have many varieties and prices of photo albums to choose
from.  Depending upon your taste and budget, you can choose from the
most extravagant  to the more conservative albums.

Will you do “on location” portraits?
Yes.  We will go to your location, a park, etc.  

Will you travel outside of the Fox Cities?
Yes.  We will travel to locations outside the Fox Cities.  However,
anything over 50 miles from Appleton we do charge mileage at a
reasonable rate.

Do you do the printing yourself?
No.  We outsource our printing to Pechman Imaging in Wisconsin.  We do this to
provide you with the best quality paper and inks for your memories.

How many pictures do you take?
 It depends upon the wedding and the package chosen.  We shoot hundreds

of photos to guarantee the number quoted in our packages for proofs and

insure you receive only the best images.  Our proofs are edited to weed out undesirable

 photos such as awkward expressions, etc.

How long will it take before I receive my proofs?
You will receive your proofs in approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the
date of the wedding shoot. It takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks for
image processing, adding special effects and another week for proof
book assembly.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Approximately one year for Weddings.

For Pets, Seniors , Family, or Child portraits we are usually able to set

something up within 2 weeks.

What should I wear to my Portrait session?

Please contact us for suggestions on what to wear to provide you

with the most complimentary portrait possible. We have some helpful hints

on our Senior, and Portrait brochures.
